What began as a personal commitment to sobriety through hiking has grown into a life centered around movement, resilience, and getting outside experiencing more than just the bare minimum.
I’ve spent years choosing the trail — driving myself there, and going anyway — whether it was a waterfall tucked into the redwoods, a coastal climb, or a backroad leading somewhere unfamiliar. Over time, the process became more than exercise. It became how I build courage and self-esteem.
My path hasn’t been linear. It’s been shaped by seasons of deep transition — single motherhood, grief and loss, sobriety, and the kind of life changes that ask you to rebuild from the ground up. Along the way, I’ve experienced career shifts, identity changes, and uncomfortable pivots that forced me to let go of what wasn’t aligned and keep moving toward what is.
What I’ve learned is this: you don’t wait until you feel ready or deserving. You move toward the life you want anyway and trust that you’ll grow into it along the way.
What I Offer
🥾 I guide private destination hikes and outdoor experiences for women who want to challenge themselves physically and create space mentally.
🌄 My approach is steady and intentional. No crowds, no performance, just purposeful movement toward a defined goal with unplug worthy views
🌀Through a background in transformation life coaching and structured movement training, I design experiences that are both demanding and thoughtful. Every trail is selected with intention. Every climb has a reason.
🦋 In addition to guided hikes, I also offer embodied outdoor sessions that blend movement, presence, and creative storytelling — designed to help you reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and feel grounded in your body.
The destination matters.
But the return, and the pride you carry back with you matters more.
